PCR system designed specifically for high-throughput, automated platforms

Compared with traditional breeding, molecular breeding will significantly shorten the breeding cycle, but at the same time, it requires genotyping of a large number of samples. Currently, commonly used metalbath PCR instruments have low throughput, with a single device capable of amplifying a maximum of two PCR plates, which cannot meet the needs of large-scale population testing.
